“ In risposta al signora Carlo: Leggere una recensione come la sua lascia sinceramente sconcertati. Trovo del tutto inappropriato parlare di “scorrettezza” solo perché in una vaschetta da 400 grammi di gelato vengono serviti 480 grammi. Stiamo parlando di una differenza minima che non solo non reca alcun danno al cliente, ma che rappresenta piuttosto un gesto di cortesia: togliere il prodotto in eccesso, davanti al cliente, sarebbe molto più spiacevole da vedere. Definire questo comportamento come “mancanza di rispetto” significa stravolgere la realtà dei fatti. Sul tema del prezzo, definire “rapina a mano armata” i 20 euro al chilo è un’esagerazione fuori luogo e offensiva. Chiunque conosca il settore sa bene che i costi di un gelato artigianale di qualità – fatto con materie prime selezionate, lavorazione attenta e senza compromessi – sono in linea con questa cifra. Ridurre tutto a un’accusa di ladrocinio non solo manca di rispetto verso l’attività, ma anche verso tutti i clienti che apprezzano e riconoscono il valore di un lavoro onesto.
